Silver Spring resident Victoria Sok, 29, is in custody after being arrested and charged with auto theft following an investigation by the Montgomery County Department of Police's Auto Crime Enforcement Section.
Police say that last week, detectives on patrol in Silver Spring spotted Sok inside of the vehicle, which had been previously been reported stolen out of DC.
Further investigation found that Sok also had an outstanding warrant for her arrest out of state.
Sok was taken into custody without incident and charged with auto theft-related charges, officials said. She is being held in Montgomery County without bond.
